Through decades of dealing with Councils and Consultants on a broad variety of Projects, knowledge and understanding of tolerances, risks with an effective approach has been established. Also connections to a best fit Independent Planners if required.

Design

Motivated by passion to explore innovative highly functional solutions with outcomes that stand the test of time.

Construction

Involvement in a multitude of Buildings with required best building solutions to meet budget has been a mainstay. We guide Clients through the Tender process and provide a Supervision of Contract on behalf of the Client whilst maintaining a collaborative approach with both Client and reputable Builders.

Stephen Jones

After completing tertiary studies, Stephen began work in various civil design companies. Pursuing a passion for architecture, he then worked for various architectural practices and a design and construction companies where he performed the role of design and project manager on various medium to large-scale projects. Stephen formed his own building design company in 1992.
